How ordering works
Bamboo is counter service. Order and pay at the register, take a table tent, and sit wherever you like — runners and bar staff bring the food and drinks out to you. There’s no table-side hibachi show; hibachi, fried rolls and most appetizers come out of the kitchen in back.
